BOOKING CONDITIONS

Arrival & Departure Procedure
- At the start of your holiday the owners will greet you on your arrival.
- Check-in is from 3 pm.
Arrival & Departure Times
- Bookings are normally on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, although short breaks or weekend breaks are available out of season.
- We kindly ask guests to leave Royal Oak Cottage by 10 am on their day of departure to allow ample time for the cottage to be prepared to a high standard of cleanliness for new arrivals.
- At the start of your holiday please time your arrival for after 3 pm.

Parking
- Off-road parking is available.
Smoking And Pets
- Royal Oak Cottage respectfully operates a "No Smoking" and "No Pets" policy.
Gas & Electricity
- There is a gas allowance of £10 per week with additional consumption charged via a card payment system.
- Electricity usage is charged according to the meter.
Central Heating
- Royal Oak Cottage has a modern central heating system installed.
Towels and Linen
- All bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided at no extra charge.
Local Shops
- The Village Shop is situated next door to Royal Oak Cottage.
Local Buses
- Local buses stop opposite Royal Oak Cottage's front gate.
Children's Park
- There is a nearby park suitable for children to play in.
